Wyndser + Justin :: Mary’s Peak Adventurous Engagement – Corvallis, Oregon

The higher I drove up Mary’s Peak for Wyndser + Justin’s engagement session, the higher I drove into a cloud. As soon as I got out of my car my fingers froze. Yeah, it was that cold. And windy. The first two thoughts that went through my head were:

“I knew I should’ve brought another sweater or two…or five”

“I hope they brought a blanket”

As the perfectionist I am, I instantly started worrying + wondering how we were gonna last for and hour and a half in this overcast, freezing, windy weather. I walked up to their car not knowing what to expect and prepared myself for the possibility or rescheduling to a warmer day. But instead I was met with hellos, hugs, and excitement for the adventure! They showed that cold weather who’s boss by frolicking in damp tall grass and heck, she even changed her dress in the cold while climbing up a sketchy looking rock right after that. Mad respect for these two, for real!

Also praise Jesus they did bring a blanket which turned into the cutest snuggle photos ever <3
