MOVEMENT + DIRECTION: 

I’m absolutely no fan of feeling awkward, so no worries, I’m not just gonna throw you in front of my camera + hope for the best! I honestly believe the best, most true-to-you + storytelling photos are the ones that look like a photographer isn’t even there. This is why I 100000% prefer the idea of directing over posing. Like I said earlier, my go-to “poses” tend to have a lot of movement, action, and interaction between you + your friends or environment. It’s my goal to tell YOUR story, and that’s best captured while you are actually doing things even as simple as walking down an open road or something more still like slowly blinking + taking a deep breath. Just simple everyday moments + movement, THAT’S what I’m here for!

Speaking of movement, we’ll probably do a lot of going from place to place for different backdrops during your shoot, so bring an extra pair of comfy walking/hiking shoes for that!
